I love to garden. Unfortunately I’m not very good at it. I read every book out there, spend countless hours planning, prepping and working in the garden, yet the result is always the same… Lousy.

I also love investing in real estate. Fortunately, I’ve found some success in this realm. It is an exciting way to make a living while also providing quality housing options for my community.  

Why did I create this site? Over many years of buying, renovating, managing and occasionally selling apartments, I’ve accumulated a little bit of experience and knowledge that I’d like to share. Hopefully my experiences will help someone who is just beginning their investing career. Or perhaps, I will be able to help a perspective tenant get into the apartment of their dreams.
